Responsible for preparing and cooking Continental dishes, maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Continental cuisine as per standard recipes and instructions.
Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards.
Handle mise-en-place and stock rotation.
Assist CDP and Sous Chef in daily operations.
Follow SOPs and kitchen safety procedures.
Support training of junior kitchen staff.
Experience Required:
1-3 Years in Continental Kitchen
Skills:
Continental cooking techniques, teamwork, time management, food safety knowledge.
