Required Skills and Qualifications

Culinary Expertise:

Advanced knowledge of various culinary, baking, and pastry techniques.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff.

Time Management:

Excellent ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Communication:

Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and other departments.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous in checking food quality, taste, presentation, and cleanliness standards.

Creativity:

Ability to experiment with recipes and suggest innovative ingredients and dishes.

Physical Stamina:

Capacity to work in hot, humid, and physically demanding conditions.

Education/Certification:

A culinary school diploma or certification is often preferred, though experience is also highly valued. Immediate Joiner will be Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
