Continental Commi-1 role at Kish Hospitality Consultant in Panjim, Goa:

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook Continental dishes according to standard recipes and guidelines

- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in menu planning and recipe development

- Ensure food quality and presentation is maintained at all times

- Oversee the preparation and set up of the kitchen station for smooth operation

- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and efficient food production

- Monitor food stock and inform the Head Chef of any shortages or needs

- Follow health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area

- Train and supervise junior chefs, ensuring their skills and knowledge are developed

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury restaurant or hotel

- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine

- Hotel Management Diploma/BHM Degree preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy pots or equipment

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (?2L - ₹3L per year)
