Qualifications and Skills for Commi Continental Chefs:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Commi Chef
  • Strong knowledge and experience in preparing Continental cuisine
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knife skills and food preparation techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for cooking and creativity in food presentation
Roles and Responsibilities of Continental Chefs:
  • Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per the given recipes and standards
  • Assist in developing new menu items and recipes
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards
  • Monitor food stock and help in ordering supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
