Qualifications and Skills for Commi Continental Chefs:
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Commi Chef
- Strong knowledge and experience in preparing Continental cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for cooking and creativity in food presentation
- Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per the given recipes and standards
- Assist in developing new menu items and recipes
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards
- Monitor food stock and help in ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
