Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook continental cuisine as per menu.
Ensure portion control, food presentation, and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Assist in menu planning and development.
Monitor stock and place orders when required.
Supervise junior staff and train them in food preparation.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in continental cuisine including grills, sauces, pastas, and salads.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Creativity and passion for food innovation.
