Key Responsibilities:
Prepare soups, salads, pastas, grills, and other continental dishes.
Innovate new recipes and seasonal menus.
Maintain inventory and kitchen cleanliness.
Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation.
Supervise commis chefs and assistants.
