We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef with strong knowledge of European and international cuisines. The candidate should be experienced in preparing a wide range of continental dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook continental dishes including pastas, grills, steaks, salads, and sauces
Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
Maintain kitchen hygiene as per food safety standards
Assist in menu planning and new dish creation
Monitor food stock, portion control, and minimize wastage
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Continental Chef in a hotel or restaurant
Good knowledge of continental cooking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
Strong team player with attention to detail
