Proficiency in preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes, Steaks etc.
Experience in menu planning, food preparation, presentation and good knowledge of different types of sauces and sides.
Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and health and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
Time management and organizational skills
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
Previous experience as a Continental Chef or similar role
