Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes as per menu and guest preferences.
Ensure all dishes are prepared with high quality, proper portioning, and appealing presentation.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and introducing new dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Supervise and train junior staff in cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and assist in ordering supplies.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during service hours.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
Culinary degree/diploma or relevant certification preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
