Monitor food cost, portioning, and inventory for optimal efficiency.
Collaborate with management to design seasonal and special menus.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Continental Chef
in hotels, resorts, or premium cafes.
Strong knowledge of
breakfast and brunch trends
with the ability to integrate
Goa culture & flavors
.
Expertise in eggs, baked items, healthy bowls, grills, artisanal breads, and light continental fare.
Creativity in menu design and food presentation.
Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
Passion for blending continental cuisine with regional Goan influences.
