Sous Chef - Continental

(01 Position)

CDP (Chef de Partie) - Continental

DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) - Continental

sSous Chef - Continental

Assist Head Chef in managing the Continental kitchen. Supervise and train CDPs, DCDPs, and Commis. Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation. Control food cost, portioning, and wastage. Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. Contribute to menu planning and innovation.

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in Continental cuisine. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety. Culinary degree/diploma preferred.

Chef de Partie (CDP) - Continental

Handle a specific station (grill, pasta, sauces, bakery, etc.). Prepare dishes as per recipe and presentation standards. Supervise DCDPs/Commis in the section. Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene. Support Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in Continental cuisine. Strong knowledge of Continental dishes & techniques. Ability to handle a section independently.

Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) - Continental

Assist CDP in daily operations of the assigned section. Prepare ingredients, sauces, and mise-en-place. Follow recipes, maintain hygiene & safety. Learn and grow under guidance of senior chefs.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in Continental kitchen. Strong passion for learning and growth. Basic knowledge of Continental cooking techniques.
