Job Description

SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR INTERVIEW IN GOA

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes such as pastas, steaks, grills, soups, salads, and sauces.

Ensure food preparation is done according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the workstation at all times.

Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and supplies.

Assist in planning and developing new continental menu items.

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards as per hotel policy.

Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food service during peak hours.

Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues.

Train and guide junior kitchen staff as needed.


Requirements:



Proven experience as a Continental Chef in a hotel or fine dining restaurant.

Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

Culinary degree or professional chef training preferred.

Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.

Creativity and passion for food presentation.

Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.

Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
