Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality Continental dishes according to restaurant standards.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and portion control.
Ensure proper seasoning, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine (soups, salads, grills, sauces, pasta, etc.).
Excellent food plating and presentation skills.
