Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a range of continental dishes as per menu and quality standards
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and portion control
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices are followed at all times
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
Monitor ingredient usage and assist with inventory management
Requirements
1-2 years of experience as a Continental / Commis Chef
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques
Good understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling standards
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
