You will ensure that ingredients are fresh, cooking techniques are accurate, and the presentation is impeccable. The role requires coordination with the kitchen staff and adherence to food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Continental cuisine dishes
Design and plan menus with a focus on seasonal and fresh ingredients
Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet established standards
Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Monitor stock and place orders for supplies when necessary
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in food preparation
