Support Commi 1, Chef de Partie, and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food
Bring uniqueness and creativity to dishes while following standard recipes
Suggest and contribute ideas for new menu items and specials
Ensure proper ingredient handling, minimize wastage, and follow portion controls
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
Keep workstation, equipment, and storage areas clean

Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in Continental cuisine (Commi 2)
Good knowledge of Continental cooking techniques (grilling, roasting, sauteing, baking, sauce preparation)
Ability to balance authenticity with creativity in food preparation
Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
