Handle Continental section independently
Prepare and present Continental dishes as per standards
Ensure food quality, taste, and hygiene
Plan daily mise-en-place and production
Train and supervise Commis staff
Maintain food cost control and minimize wastage
Follow kitchen SOPs and safety standards
Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine
Good plating and presentation skills
Time management and multitasking
Team handling ability
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety
Salary: 32k to 35k
