Job Description

Meat Selection and Preparation:

Purchase and select the best cuts of brisket from suppliers. Prepare the meat by cleaning, trimming, and portioning it as needed.

Cooking and Smoking:

Apply marinades, seasonings, and rubs to the brisket, often following signature recipes or standards. Cook the meat to perfection using techniques such as smoking, grilling, or braising. Monitor and maintain the correct cooking temperature to ensure the brisket is cooked thoroughly and safely.

Food Safety and Quality:

Ensure the freshness of all ingredients. Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and preparation areas. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.

Kitchen Management:

Oversee other kitchen staff, delegating tasks as needed. Manage inventory, stock shelves, and keep the pantry organized. Maintain and report any malfunctions with kitchen equipment.

Menu and Recipe Development:

Create new recipes and develop signature rubs or sauces. Plan menus and ensure the overall quality of the meals served.

Presentation:

Arrange and garnish dishes to present them attractively.

General Kitchen Duties:

Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work area clean and organized. Discard expired food items and maintain a safe working environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
