Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality continental dishes as per 5-star standards
Plan menus, portion control, and food costing
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness (HACCP standards)
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
Coordinate with kitchen staff and management for smooth operations
Handle inventory control and reduce food wastage
Innovate new recipes and menu enhancements
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum
3-7 years of experience
as a Continental Chef in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant
Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, bakery basics & plating
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
Excellent time management and team coordination skills
