Job Description

Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes such as pasta, grilled meats, steaks, salads, soups, sauces, and desserts. Ensure all dishes are prepared with high-quality ingredients and consistent standards. Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen. Assist in menu planning, portion control, and food cost management. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store/purchase team for timely supply of ingredients. Train and guide junior kitchen staff as needed. Maintain proper food storage and labeling as per safety standards. Innovate and introduce new dishes and plating styles to enhance the menu.
