Job Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and cooking of Continental dishes as per standard recipes
Handle chicken preparations efficiently, ensuring taste, quality, and hygiene
Prepare pizza base, sauces, and assist in making pizzas and related items
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and mise-en-place
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials
Requirements:
Experience as Continental DCDP and Commis II in a hotel, cafe, or restaurant
Strong knowledge of chicken preparation (mandatory)
Knowledge of pizza base, sauces, and other Continental dishes
