for our hotel in Lonavala. The CDP will manage a section of the kitchen, prepare continental dishes, and guide junior chefs to maintain quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality continental dishes as per hotel standards.
Supervise Commis chefs and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance.
Assist in menu planning and new dish development.
Manage stock, minimize wastage, and control food costs.
Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
3-5 years of experience in hotels/resorts.
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine.
Good leadership and team-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
