Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare Continental dishes as per the menu.
Supervise kitchen assistants and commis chefs.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Ensure portion control and stock rotation.
Contribute to new recipe development.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Continental cuisine.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Strong culinary and leadership skills.
