We are looking for a skilled and creative Continental CDP (Chef de Partie) to join our hotel's kitchen team. The role includes preparing high-quality continental dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting daily operations. Candidates from the hospitality or hotel field are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook continental dishes according to hotel standards.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained consistently.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients.
Coordinate with Sous Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations.
Monitor station inventory and assist in daily mise-en-place.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
Support buffet setups, banquets, and a la carte service as required.
Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
Hospitality / hotel field candidates preferred.
Salary
?30,000 CTC per month
