Content Manager / Social Media Executive

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with the brand's voice and style. Develop monthly content calendars, campaigns, and strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Coordinate and execute photoshoots, reels, and videos for product launches, styling tips, and seasonal promotions. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Monitor social media trends, fashion industry updates, and competitor activities to stay relevant and innovative. Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand ambassadors. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and optimize strategies accordingly. Ensure timely posting, community management (replying to DMs, comments), and audience engagement. Write compelling captions, product descriptions, blogs, and other digital content when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field. Proven work experience (1-3 years) as a Content Manager, Social Media Executive, or similar role in the fashion/clothing industry. Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Creative eye for fashion, photography, videography, and storytelling. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred. Passion for fashion, style, and current lifestyle trends.
