Develop and brief central campaign concepts and creative direction for each sub-brand and channel.
Lead brainstorming sessions for creative, video, and copy teams; ensure smooth cross-functional campaign execution.
Approve and quality-check all outgoing content (copy, images, video) for consistency and brand fit.
Oversee ideation workshops for AI-driven content tools and maintain a library of content inspiration, swipe files, and templates.
Regularly analyze creative performance data, adjust concept pipelines to optimize for reach and engagement.
Collaborate on quarterly content themes, ensuring visual and messaging cohesion for cross-channel pushes.
Establish a creative review workflow--including feedback collection--from all stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years in content strategy/campaign or creative leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading cross-functional creative teams.
Digital/AI creative workshops or training.
AI Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, and creative workflow automation.
