Role Summary
Join our L&D marketing pod as a
Content Writing & Sales Intern
for
3 months
. You'll craft L&D content (program pages, case studies, thought leadership) and support B2B outreach to HR/L&D leaders.
Digital marketing and content writing are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities (L&D Focus)
Content (60%)
Write program brochures, course/bootcamp pages, trainer spotlights, case studies, landing pages, and email sequences.
Create LinkedIn posts/threads on skill gaps, learning ROI, and L&D trends; repurpose long-form ? short-form.
Support webinars/workshops with agendas, invites, reminders, and post-event recaps.
Apply basic on-page SEO for L&D topics (titles, meta, internal links).
Sales Enablement (40%)
Draft outreach scripts for HR/L&D ICPs; craft follow-ups and call notes.
Maintain CRM hygiene (pipelines, tasks, notes) and prepare proposal decks/one-pagers.
Research target accounts: current learning initiatives, tech stacks, and likely
skill gaps

Education:
Final-year or passed-out (2024/2025)
BBA / B.Com / MBA

basics (social, email, SEO fundamentals, analytics awareness), confident professional communication (calls/DMs/emails), and an organized, target-oriented work style.
