We are a digital marketing and design agency based in Delhi and Kolkata. At Musak Digital, we deliver growth for our clients while also creating the ability for them to grow. We also have an influencer marketing product that we started in 2019 where we have worked with more than 100 influencers. We are a WFH-first organization where most of our team members don't have to travel to the office.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Write and edit technical documents including project documentation and product manuals
2. Write and edit procedural documentation such as user guides and product documentation
3. Meet with engineers, programmers, and project managers to learn about specific products or processes
4. Research product samples to fully understand the product
5. Assess the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended; adjust tone and technical terms used to meet those needs and to ensure understanding
5. Plan writing processes and set timelines and deadlines
6. Perform other related duties as assigned
7. Proofread the existing content
8. Conduct research on what is trending in the industry
