Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Content Writer with a strong orientation toward marketing. The role combines creative content development with practical marketing execution, requiring strategic thinking, audience understanding, and hands-on content creation in both English and Bengali.

Key Responsibilities - Content

Write creative, high-impact content for social media captions, reels text, carousels, and digital campaigns Create and adapt content in English and Bengali, aligned to brand tone and communication goals Develop short-form and long-form content for marketing creatives, blogs, announcements, and promotions Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement

Key Responsibilities - Marketing

Support social media and digital marketing campaigns through content-led strategies Assist in campaign planning, content calendars, and launch communication Work closely with the marketing and design teams to translate objectives into compelling content Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach Contribute ideas for brand positioning, audience growth, and campaign amplification

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in creative content writing Excellent command of written English and Bengali Understanding of social media marketing and digital communication Ability to write content with a clear marketing objective and call-to-action Strong sense of audience behavior and content performance Good time management and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in content marketing, brand communication, or digital marketing roles Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and campaign-based content Basic understanding of analytics, boosting, and content performance metrics

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
