what to post, where to post & why

Work closely with the SEO team on growth strategies
Must-Have Skills:

Proven SEO content writing experience Strong understanding of

on-page SEO & backlinking

Excellent English writing & research skills Ability to show

live published work with traffic impact

Content will be audited for AI usage & plagiarism.

for all written material.

2. Prohibited Tools

The use of

AI-based content generation tools

is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

Chat GPT Jasper Copy.ai Write sonic Any AI paraphrasing or rewriting tools

3. Allowed Practices

Writers are expected to:

Conduct

manual research

Write content using

personal expertise & skills

Use SEO tools

only for data analysis

(keywords, rankings, insights) Ensure content is

plagiarism-free and human-written

4. Content Audit & Verification

All content will be reviewed using: Plagiarism checkers AI-detection tools Random audits will be conducted regularly

5. Performance & Accountability

Content writers will be evaluated on:

Content originality Organic traffic growth Engagement metrics Backlink quality Keyword ranking performance

6. Violation Consequences

Any violation of this policy may result in:

Immediate content rejection Performance warnings Termination of employment or contract
