Shivalik College of Engineering (SCE) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop high-quality, engaging, and informative content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, a strong command over language, and the ability to craft content that enhances the institution's brand, outreach, and engagement with students, faculty, and the wider community.

Roles & Responsibilities

As Content Writer:

Create, edit, and proofread content for the college website, blogs, newsletters, brochures, social media, and promotional campaigns. Develop content strategies in alignment with marketing, branding, and communication goals. Collaborate with faculty, departments, and digital marketing teams to generate accurate and compelling content. Research industry trends, academic developments, and competitor content to ensure originality and relevance. Optimize content for SEO, social media engagement, and digital campaigns. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels. Assist in the development of scripts for videos, webinars, and other multimedia content.

Qualifications & Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in education, marketing, or corporate sectors. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO, and content management systems (CMS). Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms. Strong research, communication, and collaboration skills.
