We are looking for a skilled Intermediate Content Writer to join our creative team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will move beyond basic blog writing to craft high-impact content strategies. You will collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to produce content that not only educates but converts.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the Hyderabad tech/business ecosystem, knows how to write for both humans and search engines, and can juggle multiple tones of voice.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and social media.
SEO Optimization:
Perform keyword research and optimize content to improve organic search rankings (SEO) without compromising readability.
Strategy & Planning:
Assist in managing the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with marketing campaigns.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Design and UX teams to ensure copy and visuals work harmoniously (e.g., ad creatives, landing pages).
Research:
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends (specifically in [Insert Your Industry, e.g., Fintech/EdTech/Pharma]) to produce authoritative and factual content.
Performance Analysis:
Use tools like Google Analytics to track content performance and optimize older content for better engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in B.com, Arts & Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in content writing, preferably in a B2B or agency setting.
Writing Proficiency:
Impeccable command of the English language with a keen eye for grammar, flow, and persuasion.
Technical Tools:
Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest).
Basic knowledge of AI writing assistants (ChatGPT, Jasper) for ideation (not replacement).
Soft Skills: Strong time management, ability to accept constructive feedback, and the ability to explain complex topics simply.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Experience with UX Writing or microcopy.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with Hyderabad's local market trends or specific industries like Pharma/IT.
