Responsibilities

Responsible for development of content for all types of training delivery medium including classroom training and online training. Able to apply standard instructional design concepts and principles if and when required. Adheres to design documents and develops high-quality instructionally sound content for both online and classroom-based delivery. Develops content that is in sync with customer business requirements and product specifications. Delivers assigned work as per the project schedule/assigned deadlines in line with quality standards. Is able to analyse brief and/or source content. Creates storyboards self-check questions and assessments. Visualizes interactivities animations and graphics. Co-ordinates with cross-functional teams (Graphic Design and Programming)
