Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Content Writer

to develop high-quality, compelling, and informative content for the

Travelay process

. The ideal candidate should have prior experience writing for travel

industry in

U.S. market

, with a good understanding of aviation, travel technology, and customer experience domains. You will be responsible for crafting B2B and B2C content that speaks clearly to industry professionals, business users, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

Write and edit content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, and other platforms. Simplify product information into clear, easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences. Research travel industry trends and best practices to produce accurate and relevant content. Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to create content strategies and campaigns. Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and engagement. Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content. Check and proofread content to make sure it's error-free.

Requirements

Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the

air travel

,

aviation

domains. Strong understanding of the

U.S. market

- style, tone, and audience expectations. Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to grasp complex technical processes and explain them in a simplified manner. Familiarity with content tools such as WordPress, Grammarly, SEO basics, MS Office, or Google Workspace. Knowledge of process documentation and automation solutions is a plus. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently.

Nice to Have

Experience writing for SaaS or B2B platforms. Knowledge of aviation terms, passenger lifecycle, or airport operations.
Exposure to tools like Confluence, Jira, or other documentation systems.
