Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Content Writer with expertise in compelling content for the technology domain, including Mobile App, Web App, Data Analytics, Generative AI, Application Engineering, QA, and Cloud Technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical knowledge to produce content formats that resonate with varied audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

Develop and deliver high-quality content across formats such as blogs, whitepapers, website content, e-books, case studies, webinar scripts, video scripts, and social media copies. Create engaging and insightful content tailored to technology-driven audiences.

2. Content Marketing:

Drive content distribution via social media platforms, guest posting opportunities, account-based advertising, and other promotional avenues--track performance metrics to refine strategies for maximum impact.

3. Technical Writing:

Simplify software development concepts & other complex technical topics for diverse audiences while maintaining technical accuracy.

4. SEO Content Writing:

Research and integrate relevant keywords to ensure content ranks well on search engines and attracts targeted traffic.

5. Marketing Operations:

Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical units, sales, pre-sales, and strategy teams, to align content with business goals..

6. Social Media Copy Writing:

Create and write social media contents, primarily for all SM Platforms, to build engagement and brand presence.

7. Proofreading and Editing:

Ensure all content is grammatically correct, free of errors, and adheres to the company's tone and style guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

2-4 years of experience in content writing. Experience in writing content for the technology domain would be a plus. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of the English language. Ability to translate technical jargon into clear, audience-friendly content. Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress. Creativity and the ability to adapt writing styles for different audiences and platforms. A proven ability to simplify complex technical topics into engaging, reader-friendly content. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders across service lines. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in social media management tools and platforms. A creative and analytical approach to content marketing. Familiarity with industry trends in technology and an eagerness to continuously learn and adapt.
