Job title: Content Writer (Learning & Development)
Job Highlights
The candidate has to develop Classroom Training content for various Job Roles in the organisation.
The content has to be developed by doing exhaustive visits to Stores/ Distribution Centres. The classroom content is later converted to online study material.
To design & develop content using ADDIE model, Instructional Design Methodology, Bloom\'s Taxonomy and using Adult Learning Principles. To visit Stores/DCs and observe the role holder at the place of work. Record observations, ask relevant questions and make exhaustive notes.
The candidate also has to prepare SOPs for various tasks & activities.
Looking for People with
Experience: 3- 10 years
Qualification: Excellent academic Score in Std X, XII and Graduations.
