Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and manage high-quality content including product documentation, technical blog posts, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly content. Write SEO-optimized articles and marketing content to support product launches and campaigns. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all documentation and content platforms. Continuously update existing content to reflect new product features, updates, and user feedback.

Requirements:

2+ years of proven experience in content writing, specifically with a focus on

technical writing

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword insertion in content.
