Job Description

We're looking for a Content Team Lead who can guide a team of writers while staying hands-on with content creation. The ideal candidate is someone who can balance creativity with strategy from long-form blogs and ad copies to social media and scripts, ensuring every piece connects with the audience and aligns with the brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of writers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
Plan and execute content strategies that support campaign goals and SEO objectives.
Write, edit, and review content across blogs, websites, ads, and social media.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to deliver high-performing content.
Research and brainstorm to develop fresh, engaging content ideas.
Optimize content for clarity, tone, and performance.
Provide feedback and training to help writers grow.
Track content performance and suggest improvements.
Ensure all content follows brand, ethical, and legal standards.

Desired Skills & Requirements

5+ years of experience in content writing, scripting, editing, and strategy.
Strong skills in copywriting, SEO content, and scriptwriting.
Experience creating high-performing copies for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Excellent grip on long-form and social media content.
Understanding of social media campaigns and content trends.
Knowledge of SEO practices and keyword optimization.
Experience with brand campaigns, corporate video scripts, and reels.
Prior leadership or mentorship experience would be a plus!
Creative thinker with strong research and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Bonus: Good command over Hindi and Kannada.
