We are looking for an experienced

Content Writer Team Lead

to manage content strategy, lead a team of writers, and ensure high-quality content across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, editing, proofreading, and delivering content that aligns with business goals and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and manage end-to-end content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives Plan content calendars for blogs, websites, social media, and campaigns Coordinate with marketing, SEO, and design teams to ensure content effectiveness Analyse content performance and optimize strategy accordingly

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers Assign content tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback Maintain consistency in tone, style, and quality across all content

Content Editing & Review

Edit content for clarity, structure, grammar, and brand alignment Ensure content meets editorial standards and SEO best practices Refine drafts to improve readability, engagement, and accuracy

Proofreading & Quality Control

Proofread all content to eliminate spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors Ensure factual accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines Maintain a high standard of quality before content publication

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience as a content writer/editor with team leadership experience Strong understanding of content strategy and digital marketing Excellent editing and proofreading skills Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (CMS) Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) Knowledge of UX writing and content optimisation Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience

4-7 years of experience in content writing/editing 1-3 years in a team lead or managerial role
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
