About the Role:

We are looking for a

creative and strategic Content Writer & Social Media Manager

who can craft compelling content, manage brand communication across digital platforms, and build strong online engagement. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart -- passionate about words, creativity, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Writing & Copywriting:

Develop engaging, well-researched content for blogs, articles, website pages, newsletters, and marketing materials. Write persuasive and high-impact copy for social media, ads, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce content aligned with brand tone and voice. Proofread, edit, and optimize content for SEO and readability.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Plan, create, and schedule creative posts, stories, and reels to maintain consistent engagement. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active community. Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth.

Creative Strategy & Campaigns:

Brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas and campaigns to increase brand awareness. Collaborate with designers and marketing teams for visual storytelling. Participate in planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in

content writing

and

social media management

. Excellent command over

English writing, grammar, and storytelling

. Strong understanding of

copywriting principles

and brand voice. Proficiency in using social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.). Basic knowledge of

SEO, hashtags, analytics, and engagement metrics

. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
