About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Content Writer who can create clear, concise, and engaging content for technical products, solutions, and processes. The ideal candidate must have strong writing skills, excellent understanding of technology, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality technical content including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, product documentation, user guides, FAQs, and video scripts.


Research complex technical topics and translate them into clear, accurate, and compelling content.


Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and design teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment.


Write SEO-optimized content following industry best practices.


Revise, edit, and proofread content to maintain consistency, clarity, and brand voice.


Maintain content repository and ensure timely updates based on product/feature changes.


Understand the target audience and tailor messaging accordingly.


Create content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Writer / Technical Content Writer.


Strong understanding of technical concepts such as software development, cloud, APIs, databases, AI/ML, cybersecurity, etc. (customize based on requirement).


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, user-friendly language.


Experience with SEO tools, content management systems, and documentation tools.


Attention to detail and strong research ability.

Preferred Skills

Experience in IT, SaaS, or product-based environments.


Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple content projects.


Basic understanding of UI/UX, diagrams, and technical illustrations is a plus.
