Key Responsibilities

Research products to understand features, specifications, and usage Write clear and engaging product titles, descriptions, and key details Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and easy to read Maintain a consistent brand tone and writing style across all listings Edit and proofread content before publishing Update existing product descriptions when required Work with internal teams to ensure content aligns with business needs
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in content writing, preferably for websites or e-commerce platforms Strong research and writing skills Ability to explain product features in a simple and customer-friendly way Good attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with basic website content management systems is a plus Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications

Experience writing product descriptions or catalog content Understanding of customer-focused writing for online shopping
