Privately owned since Oct. 2010, Communication Solutions is an offshore outsourcing company that offers solutions related to back-office research, development, analysis, and consultancy for top US brands across retail, hospitality, F&B, and real estate sectors.

We're looking for a talented individual to join us as a Content Writer with a minimum experience of 2 years, for a full-time position- night shift only in our Dehradun (Uttarakhand) office. This is an amazing opportunity to write awesome content for top US brands in the hospitality, F&B, and telecommunication sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Writing fun, engaging and inviting content for use on a variety of digital media channels (social media, email newsletters, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).


Researching on and writing keyword- and SEO-friendly blogs and website content.


Producing an on-brand copy that maintains a unique voice, messaging, and high quality.


Creating clear, informative, conversational, and plagiarism-free content with high attention to accuracy, thoroughness, and value for the target audience.


Coordinating with our in-house graphic designers for developing engaging marketing creative.


Staying up-to-date with current events and happenings in the US market and drafting content accordingly.

Education & Other Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in any subject.

An excellent grasp of the English language and superb communication skills.


Minimum 2 years of experience in writing content with a demonstrated record of strong creative thinking.


Able to think critically about writing "voice" to relate to a target audience.


Proven content and copywriting experience.


Experience in writing keyword-optimized content for SEO with strong attention to detail.


Able to research and then write compelling and engaging content that speaks to our targeted audience, and offer solutions to their pain points.


Self-starter with the ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred experience of writing content for the US market (not mandatory).
