What You'll Do
Write
Reels/Shorts scripts
, YouTube video scripts & social media captions
Craft
high-conversion hooks
and
strong CTAs
tailored for growth
Research trends, formats, and audience insights
Develop content ideas that align with brand voice + performance goals
Work closely with editing & strategy teams to ensure strong execution
What We Expect
Proven experience in
social media content writing
(NOT blog writing)
Strong grip on
storytelling, pacing, and retention hooks
Understanding of Instagram + YouTube formats
Ability to craft scripts that are
engaging, concise, and platform-first
Good command over English + Hindi (Hinglish preferred)
Salary
?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on skill & experience)
Timing
10:30 AM - 8:30 PM 6 days/week
