Job Description

Conduct quality checks and assurance of every document before it gets dispatched to the client. Address and discuss issues identified in the document and address them immediately after liaising with subject experts. Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports Developing, implementing, and communicating quality standards for quality checks and assurance of the documents to the service development team and other appropriate staff Identifies and analyzes the issue, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when the problem recurs in multiple documents, and recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues. Developing a workflow for delivery inspection Communicating with other subject experts to solve quality issues Make recommendations for improvement Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found. Create training materials and operating manuals. Training other quality assurance members on all inspection processes.
