Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with a strong command of academic tone and style. Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms and digital content tools. Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in scholarly publishing. Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy). Edit and proofread materials for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency. Experience in accessibility (alt text writing) and inclusive content practices (WCAG compliance). + Knowledge of developing assessment items for multiple formats, including:
+ Multiple-choice questions (MCQs)
+ Constructed-response and open-ended questions
+ Performance-based tasks
+ Quizzes, tests, and end-of-unit assessments
