Role Overview

The

Content Writer

is responsible for leading the content writing team and ensuring the creation of high-quality, SEO-driven content across platforms. This role combines hands-on content creation with team management to support brand visibility and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and mentor the content writing team to ensure quality and timely delivery. Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand and SEO objectives. Write, review, and edit content for blogs, guest posts, website pages, and marketing materials. Ensure all content is clear, engaging, error-free, and consistent with brand tone. Oversee guest post content and ensure adherence to platform guidelines. Proofread and edit team content to maintain editorial standards. Track content performance and suggest improvements for better organic visibility. Stay updated with trends in content writing and SEO. Assign tasks, manage content calendars, and meet deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of in-office experience as a Content Writer; senior or lead experience preferred. Strong knowledge of SEO-based content creation. Experience with guest posting and outreach-based content. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Ability to write across multiple niches and adapt tone and style. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
