Job Summary -

We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Writer to craft compelling stories that captivate our audience, drive bookings, and boost customer engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will develop high-quality content for digital platforms, promotional materials, and customer communications. This role is perfect for a wordsmith passionate about hospitality, events, and fun-filled adventures.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), website blogs, email newsletters, and Google reviews, highlighting water park rides, resort amenities, events, and promotions. Develop persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, brochures, banners, and advertisements to increase visitor footfall and reservations. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to brainstorm ideas for seasonal events, dance shows, music performances, and special offers. Optimize content for SEO, ensuring it ranks well on Google and resonates with families, thrill-seekers, and corporate groups. Respond to and manage customer feedback on Google reviews and social channels with positive, brand-aligned messaging. Edit and proofread content for tone, grammar, and consistency, adapting for multilingual audiences (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred). Track content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies to enhance engagement and conversions.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment. Excellent command of English; proficiency in Hindi/Marathi is a plus. Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Canva, WordPress, Meta tools) and SEO best practices. Creative flair with the ability to write in various tones--from fun and energetic to professional and persuasive. Familiarity with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and basic analytics (Google Analytics). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
