This includes job descriptions, company profiles, career blogs, social media posts, email templates, and other relevant materials. s: Craft clear, concise, and appealing job descriptions that effectively communicate job responsibilities, requirements, and company expectations while highlighting the unique aspects of each role. Company Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to ensure that all content aligns with the company\'s branding, values, and tone of voice. Candidate Personas: Research and understand the target candidate personas for different roles, tailoring content to resonate with their motivations, aspirations, and interests. SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase visibility, ensuring our job postings reach a wider audience. Social Media Engagement: Develop engaging social media content that sparks interest, drives conversations, and encourages candidates to explore opportunities within the company. Career Blogs: Contribute to the creation of insightful and informative career-related blog posts that provide valuable information to candidates, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in the industry. Email Campaigns: Write persuasive email templates that effectively communicate the value proposition of joining our company, nurturing relationships with potential candidates. Collaboration: Collaborate with the HR team to gather information about job roles, requirements, and qualifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all content. Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content across different platforms, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in a recruitment or HR-related context. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in content creation. Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements. Ability to conduct research and synthesize information into compelling narratives. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Portfolio showcasing relevant content writing samples is a plus.
