Position Overview: This role requires someone who is a great storyteller with a marketing acumen.
Someone who is passionate to explore the depth of our impact, weave great stories, explore multiple
mediums and create collaboration opportunities to publish and feature in order to widen our impact and
reach by 50X. A candidate must have good exposure of all mediums - print, digital, social media and should
have worked across domains like public relations, content marketing and media collaborations. The impact
and success will be based on the ability to ideate high quality and compelling content and to innovate
multiple approaches to get it featured. The candidate should have the dexterity to work seamlessly across
multiple projects with a deep understanding of our audience.
Roles and Responsibilities: ? Responsible for ideating and creating various types of content and creative execution, including but
not limited to social media, blog posts, newsletters, press releases, features for digital publishing
platforms. ? Device a month-on-month content plan that is in line with Recity brand, project/campaign goals. ? Demonstrate a strategic, collaborative, and inclusive approach while generating content and
creating opportunities for publishing across mediums like web, print, radio, podcasts. ? Develop monthly reporting and documentation mechanism
Key Skills : ? A great storyteller; Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. ? Flexibility toward writing creatively for social media as well as long-form copies - should be able to
write sharp and crisp as well as elaborative copies. ? Open to learning and exploring new skills and tools. ? Ability to project manage, multi-task, organize, and prioritize work. ? Ability to work in team and deliver in tight deadlines.
Education and Experience:
1. At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in media, PR, content marketing is a must.
2. Bachelor's degree in relevant equivalency to Mass Communications / Advertising/ Public Relations.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Familiarity with content management and analysis
5. Preferable to have prior media relationship building experience
